**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As part of our Client Services Team, you will use your professional and compassionate customer service skills to support new and existing clients as well as build relationships with our Home and Garden Maintenance (HGM) workers.

An average day in service coordination may include arranging staff rosters, providing support, and collaborating with a team of HGM workers over the phone, following up on client enquiries, contributing to process development and supporting the selection and onboarding of new HGM staff.

You also work collaboratively with the HGM team leader to assist in managing worker performance and in responding to all client and HGM worker feedback.

Although your main responsibilities will be in relation to HGM services, your flexibility and agility will come into its own where you may, on occasion, be required to support the rostering of all clients and service types.

This is a fast-paced, sometimes challenging and demand-driven work environment

**ABOUT YOU**

You’re interested in and enjoy being helpful and you’ve had some experience in customer service, so you understand what it takes to respond to people requests with professionalism and positivity. You strive to deliver the highest level of service even during challenges times.

You’re the go to for information for all sorts of things. You’re a problem solver. You can think outside the box and if you don’t know the answer, you have a way of finding out. You’re pretty savvy on a computer. You can confidently navigate your way around operating online systems, with MS Office, competent using databases or CRMs.

You are a quick thinker and quick to action. You tend not to rest until things are done, you’ve always been known for your dedication and resilience.

You enjoy being productive and getting things done. You have an eagle eye and get things done well and on time. Because you are proactive and organised, you have a knack for helping people which makes you reliable and people trust you.
