**Claims Service Officer (Fixed Term Contract to Nov/Dec) | Melbourne, VIC**

As a Claims Service Officer in our Workers Compensation division you will provide an outstanding level of service to both internal and external Allianz Personal Injury customers.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, Allianz business objectives and WorkCover culture.
- Respond to processing and task related queries from various stakeholders, escalating to Senior CSO, Manager or Case Managers as required.
- Process and complete work allocated within required timeframes, meeting data integrity and schedule G requirements (as per Allianz and Worksafe guidelines).
- Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals assisting other team members, supporting a positive working environment.

**Important to your success**:

- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Ability to process quickly and accurately, with good time management
- High attention to details
