Business Development Executive

As a Business Development professional specializing in B2B (business-to-business) relationships, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities for the company. You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads. This may involve cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms to identify and connect with prospects.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand their business requirements and challenges to position the company's products or services as valuable solutions.
3. Solution Presentation and Negotiation: Present the company's offerings to clients, highlighting their unique selling points and addressing any concerns or objections. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and negotiate favorable terms to secure new business.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and identify areas for growth and expansion.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of new accounts.
6. Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports to management on progress, pipeline, and performance against targets.
Salary and Incentives:
The salary range for this position is $25,000 to $100,000 per year, based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance. The compensation package may include additional incentives such as commissions or bonuses based on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
