**Role**:
Looking for a new Head of Cyber Security, to drive strategic and operational cyber security excellence in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This role will focus on cyber security leadership, strategy, and influencing senior management to ensure security across the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the technology risk governance structure and cyber security budgets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Lead incident response efforts and remediation of key incidents.
- Develop and deliver a measurable and scalable cyber resilience strategy aligned with strategic business goals.
- Manage external vendor relationships and work with internal technical and cyber team to maintain effective security operations.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong technical hands-on experience with 6+ years of experience in a cyber security leadership position.
- Expertise across cyber security strategy, governance, incident response, and security operations.
- Experience influencing executives and decision-makers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and complex problem-solving skills.
