Head of Cyber Security Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cyber Security Leader to join our team as the Head of Cyber Security Operations. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of cyber security operations and the ability to lead and manage a team of security professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Cyber Security Operations: Develop and implement effective cyber security strategies and plans to protect our digital assets and respond to threats.
- Manage Security Teams: Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
- Drive Security Engineering: Stay up-to-date with the latest security engineering methods, systems, and tools, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our security practices.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that cyber security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Expertise in Cyber Security Operations: Proven experience in leading and managing cyber security operations, including incident response and threat intelligence.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of security professionals.
- Security Engineering Skills: Hands-on experience with security engineering methods, systems, and tools, and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our security practices.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that cyber security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
