Join an SA Government organisation on a fixed term contract until June 2025 as a Technical Lead.

**Your new company**

You'll work for a SA Government agency that is focusing on digital solutions and products that will improve access to government services for South Australian citizens and businesses. Their mission is to engage stakeholders, address complex challenges, and drive forward the government’s priorities.

**Your new role**

As the Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in the organisation, overseeing product technology, guiding developers and DevOps engineers, and ensuring successful software execution. Your expertise will drive innovation and quality solutions for citizens, collaborating across teams and shaping product strategy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification
- 10 years of proven experience in software development, including configuration
- Strong knowledge in software architecture, design patterns and best practices
- Experience in developing and managing coding standards, and ensuring they are applied so the team work efficiently and at a high quality
- Experience in managing the tools and frameworks used by the team and continuous improvement
- Experience in managing code re-use effectiveness
- Proficiency in a range of programming languages and technologies
- Frontend: Typescript, React, Piral (Micro-frontend)
- Backend: Node JS, Microservices,.Net
- DevOps: GitHub, Azure / Azure DevOps, Pulumi, NX
- Mobile: Xamarin, Android, iOS
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
