Opportunities like this don't come often Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support a team of high performing sales agents. The role will be Monday - Friday, working right by the beach in a BRAND new office Be apart of one of the Gold Coast's largest agencies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Agents in central Gold Coast with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a service to customers that is second to none On a day-to-day basis, this role will see you completing the following administration and reception duties:

- Be the right-hand person to this busy sales team
- Assisting a team of sales agents with Auctions;
- Process and preparing contracts
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Database entry and management
- Advertising for OFI times
- Front office/ad hoc duties

**To be successful you will**:

- Previous administration experience in Real Estate with a large sales team
- Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
- Immaculately presented
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Must be proficient in MyDesktop and Console
