**Your new company**

Our client is a leading manufacturing and distribution company based North of the Gold Coast. A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join this reputable and established company.

**Your new role**

You will report in to the Operations Manager and also assist with the day to day running of business. This busy and varied role will involve:

- First point of contact and handling enquiries
- Maintaining relationships and ensuring clients are receiving a positive experience
- Data entry and order processing
- Ensure orders are received and delivered on time
- Contact clients through forecasting, managing all correspondence
- Supporting the Sales representatives
- General administration support

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in administration and customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution organisation
- Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive work ethic and attitude
