**Project Coordinator (Facilities) - NSW Government**

With a large _Return to Work _project underway, this established Government organisation is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and lead the project from start to finish.

You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment, with the office conveniently located near Town Hall in the Sydney CBD.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Following the required brief and budget to deliver all aspects of the return to work facilities project
- Sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes and following procurement processes
- Liaising with contractors, building managers, internal IT and Executives
- Organising deliveries and building access for all contractors and visitors
- Providing detailed updates to the Executive team
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics, prepare agendas, papers, minutes, general correspondence
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide updates regarding project status and implementation issues
- Records management and general filing
- Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects
- Experience in facilities is beneficial
- Previous Government experience is preferred but not essential
- Process driven and highly organised
- Ability to make decisions
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
