We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract, who will report to the Customer Relations Supervisor. This dynamic role is a central support for both our dealerships and our Sales Team. As part of your role, you’ll be balancing the needs of both, ensuring the stakeholders are supported and continuously build relationships with our dealers to identify irritants before they become problems.

BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits and follow up to ensure a resolution.
- Make daily contact with internal and external stakeholders to quickly build rapport and create strong relationships.
- Follow up outstanding dealer orders and process ad hoc requests. Input and review orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner, in line with defined strategies and policies.
- Ensure efficient and pro-active follow ups on internal team requests (Sales, After Sales, Marketing, etc.). Create and update workflow so that business knowledge is stored and easily accessible.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- Previous experience and a love for working in a customer service position. Including B2B customer service.
- Highly confident to take inbound and outbound service calls, whilst being able to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of their work, correct mistakes and celebrates team success. You will identify ways for ‘doing it better’.
- Experience with Salesforce or Netsuite &/or SAP is ideal but not essential.
- Energetic and positive ‘can do’ attitude and being able to work autonomously.
- Do you have other qualifications? Tell us what is unique about you that is a great addition to the team.

- Generous paid time away: winding down is as important as creating the future of recreational products.
- Flexible work schedule/ Hybrid ways of working: balance is key to innovation, and we want to make sure you are at the top of your game with a schedule that will work for you.
- Additional 3 days paid leave: between Christmas and New Year’s, we close our facilities and refill on good times.
