**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

**About the role**:
Support stores to understand and achieve hours and REM targets, this includes the capture, analysis, modelling, measurement and reporting on predetermined hours and REM with increased accuracy, flexibility and consistency. Own and manage the data logic changes to OneTeam for designated departments / areas. Ensure OneTeam accurately reflects all labour tasks and rates to meet business requirements.
- Create process maps with operational experts
- Embed an understanding of OneTeam
- Support the successful delivery of business initiatives with the right hours and REM

**About you and your skills**:
You'll have proven experience in retail/stores operations, Store Management, Store Support/Department Management. Demonstrated experience with Business process analysis, development of work standards, documentation of work processes and/or operations logic with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams, sharing knowledge and coaching others on metrics and business case support. Managed an operational project or change initiative and have strong research and analysis skills, relating detail to big picture requirements and succinctly presenting recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to deliver when under time/resource pressures, developed strong relationships with stakeholders, being respected as a trusted advisor who actively listens and provides open, honest and valued advice and able to manage competing demands and deliver when under time/resource pressures.

Along with proven problem-solving skills capable of demonstrating initiative to resolve issues and know when to escalate as well as;
- Good understanding of resource planning and rostering principles
- Understanding of engineered work standards i.e. fair and accurate measurement of productivity goals (preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate level of Excel)
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business Process Analysis principles, methodology and tools
- Strong analytical / statistical data analysis skills
- High attention to detail, able to integrate information from diverse sources, seeing implications and able to take corrective action
- Proven relationship building skills, trusted advisor able to establish rapport
- A focus on continuous improvement
- Able to travel nationally (as required)
- Able to work flexible hours.
