About the role
Working closely with Senior Medical Officers, this position will provide a high quality clinical service in the relevant specialty field within West Moreton Health District in the Preventative Integrated Care Service. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the maturation of a subacute outpatient hospital avoidance model of care within a multidisciplinary team environment.
About you

- Demonstrates sound decision making, ensures accountability, demonstrates courage in the face of adversity and works effectively to ensure work output and decisions are ethical and of a high standard.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
