About the Role
The role of Principal House Officer/Registrar is to provide high quality of clinical care to neonates and child patients of the Bayside Health Service under supervision. To always treat patients and their families with courtesy and sympathy. To ensure all hospital staff and professional colleagues are treated with courtesy and respect. This role is likely stationed mainly at Redland Hospital but may require rotation to other sites across Bayside Health Service.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering specialist paediatric and neonatal care to patients in a clinical setting.
- Advanced Paediatrics and Neonatal Life Support experience.
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to work with other clinicians.
- Evidence of commitment of and experience in the area of medical research.
- Manage the performance appraisal and development of subordinate staff.
- Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
