**The Company**:
This wonderful agency based in Melbourne thrives on working on creating integrated brand experience campaigns for clients. They have a sensational client base and a great team. They are looking for a new Experiential Producer to join their team
**The Role**:
The Experiential Producer role reports to the Senior Producer. As an Experiential Producer, you’ll work with clients, internal teams and suppliers to ideate, create, manage and confidently execute integrated campaigns with live experiences at their core.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Manages day-to-day production of assigned projects, with accountability for the quality and financial success.
- Supports and nurtures client relationships with the ability and willingness to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Assists Senior Producer in strategy, creative brainstorming and concept development including brief response approach, production scoping, proposal development and presentations.
- Ensures project execution aims to fulfil KPIs and meets client expectations.
- Creates the project delivery framework to incorporate creative, production, logistics and live event.
- Manages internal client briefings and meetings (WIPS, Kickoffs, debriefs) - ensures concepts/communication is understood by all team members.
- Works cross-functionally (internally and externally) to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified, managed, and met.
- Ensures all stakeholders are effectively updated on project progress and changes.
- Manages end-to-end production of project elements including supplier management (briefing, costing and deliverables).
- Ensures the budgets and schedules are managed efficiently and provides regular and consistent updates to Senior Producer on project profitability.
- Develops the Risk Assessment with our Risk Officer.
- Must have strong client service skills and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up/follow-through.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities and can multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Must be proactive and demonstrate a high level of autonomy in carrying out assigned duties.
- Ability to work to deadlines and proactively problem solve.
- Demonstrates a consistent track record of outstanding delivery.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong financial, budgeting, and negotiating skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and support junior members.
- Ability to travel for interstate events.
- Up-to-date knowledge of risk management legislation and event management processes.
