**The Company**:
A boutique Association based in Melbourne's CBD that has a great events team and this role is an Investment Events manager permanent position to join their team. The Association have a large membership base right across Australia and produces sensational conferences and webcast events annually.

**The Role**:
The Investment Events Manager will report to the COO. The aim of this role is to increase investment into the sector where the association operates through 4 key avenues: Education; Tracking metrics of success; profiling investors' opportunities; and broadening the investor base.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Development and delivery of a strategic framework for a virtual pitching series
- Expansion, both nationally and internationally of the current investor database
- Growth of the current Invest meetings nationally and internationally
- Financial and operational performance of the Invest meetings including:

- Program, development, marketing and management of events
- Attaining sponsorship for events
- Attracting companies to participate in events
- Key supporter and stakeholder liaison
- Work to event critical path timeline and responsibilities
- Having experience using an event CRM software is essential in this role. The Association uses EventsAIR and while preferred, as long as you have had experience using an Events CRM this is essential
- Effective project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Document writing
- Extensive sales, marketing, sponsorship procurement and negotiating skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable level headed mature nature
- Flexible attitude and approach to work
