**About the Role**

The End User Support Officer is the first point of contact and support for business systems operational needs, problems and requests. The position is also responsible to support the development and maintenance of an IT service catalogue and liaises with vendors to support business needs.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Manage incoming ICT Workplace Services enquiries and requests for team and follow defined processes for a wide

range of issues and provide efficient resolution of customer queries and issues.- Deliver a high quality systems helpdesk across DoT resulting in customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
- Commission, support and decommission mobile technology, including phones, tablets and remote access to

corporate systems.- Assist in the continued growth of the ICT Workplace Services knowledge base and identify and assist in

implementing improvement initiatives.- Prompt notification to DoT users of systems outages and expected resolution timeframes.
- Ensure all systems access requests are fully completed and duly authorised by the appropriate business manager

before processing.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
