APS 6 Administration Officer - Branch Headquarters
The Administration Officer will be part of a small, collaborative team and provide support to project and product areas under the direction from the EL 1 Business Manager supporting the LC4S Executive Director.
The role is fast-paced and requires sound communication skills, good organisational and record-keeping skills and a responsive approach to dealing with enquiries. Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders is core to the role. Any experience with Human Resources, Finance, Security, Procurement, WHS or data management is highly regarded.
APS 6 Assistant Business Manager - ModSPO
The Assistant Business Manager will be part of a small, collaborative team under the direction of the EL 1 Business Manager supporting the Director LC4 Mod SPO.
The team provides business management support and advice to the Platform Integration Electronic Systems Program (Plat-IES) and the Systems Integration Laboratory based in Melbourne. We value a team member who is flexible, with a broad skillset to support our dynamic team.
Any experience with Financial Management, Security, Procurement, Contract Management, and Record Management is highly regarded.
- Flexible part-time hours/job-share arrangements considered for some positions. Telework from home considered however, these roles cannot be performed remotely on a full-time basis, as they are office based. Family-friendly working arrangements available.
