**About this role**:
An award winning and dynamic architecture practice with a global presence is seeking an experienced Bids and Marketing Manager to join their team.

As the Bid Manager you produce beautifully presented EOI's, submissions and tenders, as well as keeping their image library and templates up to date. This role will also oversee the Marketing team, managing all internal and external marketing activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Writing and producing customised tenders and proposals using InDesign
- Maintaining templates and CVs
- Liaising with the in-house architects and designers for information and timeframes
- Managing the Award entry process
- Identifying suitable business opportunities and presenting them

**Skills and Experience**

A background in architecture or Design is essential as you will be the main person producing content for business development materials. In addition, they are looking for someone with:

- High attention to detail
- Well-presented writing style
- Experience working in a similar role within the architectural field
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and keen eye for architecture
- Knowledge of InDesign
