**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Business Services Coordinator to join Student Services, Student Services and Wellbeing, Administrative Division.

The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the business services team in providing exceptional client service to QUT students and staff, as well as the community. The position supports a range of strategic initiatives for the department by coordinating projects and programs, evaluating business trends and making recommendations to the department leadership team to achieve continuous improvement. The Business Services Coordinator plays a key role in managing relationships across the broader Student Services and Wellbeing to ensure delivery of a cohesive client focused experience.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with at least four years’ relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to supervise a high-performing client-focused team providing frontline enquiry management services through a variety of channels.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning and coordination of projects and programs to support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
- Highly developed communication skills including the ability to prepare a range of reports, submissions and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative productive working relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, utilising influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
