**Your Role as Services Coordinator**:
As a Services Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our team operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll coordinate implementation projects, manage services work, and handle day-to-day operations. Your ability to stay organised, multitask, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be key to our success. Reporting to the Manager of Services, you'll work closely with the Director of Services, Manager of Services, and Project Managers.

**What You Will Do**:

- **Administrative Support**: Organise and manage correspondence, reports, and project documents, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date. You’ll streamline processes and update procedures to reflect best practices.
- **Services Work Monitoring and Coordination**: Monitor and assign incoming service tickets, liaise with team members, and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist the Project Manager in preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, taking notes, and tracking project deliverables to keep everything on track.
- **Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients through transparent, proactive communication.
- **Professional Development**: Continuously grow within the company, with the potential to advance into a Project Management or Services Specialist role.

**Requirements**:
**What you need to know and what will make you successful**
- 1-3 years of experience in Office Administration, Services, or Project Coordination.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

**Desirable**:

- Experience working within a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Project Coordination or Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Prior experience in managing or coordinating service implementation or optimisation projects.
- Knowledge of customer support operations or IT services management is a bonus.
