Join our Melbourne-based team as a vital member in the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, accountable for coordinating, inspecting, and reporting activities in compliance with contractual requirements, while adhering to competence and safety standards.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

- Plan and delegate daily tasks for Inspectors, providing clear directives and manage job files.
- Ensure work is completed to required standards and within required timeframes.
- Liaise with clients locally and internationally to ensure operation services are delivered.
- Develop staff and oversee operational planning to optimise team performance.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication across team members, management and business units.
- Foster collaboration within the team to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with management and Business Development teams to prepare quotations.
- Delegate and coordinate inspection assignments to field staff and contractors.
- Manage back-office systems and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure timely completion of reports and maintain regular communication with customers to enhance customer journey.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate Engineer / Scientist and/or experience in similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an Intermediate level is required.
- Highly motivated and self-starting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
