**SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR - (38 hours p/week)**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

To ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time to meet service levels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Proactive demand forecasting and maintaining supply:

- Daily monitoring of changes in total demand (devices) combining changes in maintenance demand by geography (zone) and upcoming planned projects (spikes in demand).
- Pro-Active daily adjustment of minimum stock levels (MSL’s) to ensure that supply is maintained to meet total demand Nationally in each zone.
- Reviewing available stock within the supply chain to meet that demand and using appropriate resources within the supply chain as follows:

- Recommending Test & Clean and Repair priorities.
- Prioritizing following up of low supply stock where there are overdue faulty returns within our supply chain, including Employee, Field partners and OEM / Repair partners.
- Recommending external 3rd party repair engagement to assist in meeting demand within delegated authority levels.
- Recommending additional new stock purchases either via Account Management team (consignment stock) or within delegated authorities for Amtek owned stock.
- Daily Reporting to the business of recommended minimum stock levels, actual stock on hand levels, required replenishment and actual replenishment met.
- Assisting Business Analysts with Monthly Reporting to the business of % replenishment met vs required.

Proactive supply chain management:

- Support Stock Control with daily monitoring of overdue Inventory movements through the supply chain (e.g. overdue faulty stock returns against OLA) and follow up with all employees, field partners and repair partners.
- Escalated repeat non-conformance to Operational and Partner Managers.
- Assisting Business Analysts with monthly reporting to the business of % compliance with stock movements through supply chain (e.g. Technician and Partner compliance / KPI’s).

Audits:

- Overseeing supply chain-wide stock takes and regular sample cycles counts, including daily reporting on progress and escalation of missing inventory and general non-conformance to Operational and Partner Managers.

Reporting:

- Regular weekly and monthly Stock on hand inventory reports delivered to client services team as per agreed reporting calendar.

QMS & Continuous Improvement:

- Document and maintain all procedures within the Quality Management System (CMS).
- Support and partake in annual internal and external audits and implement corrective action for any non-conformance.
- Comply with, support and advocate all of Amtek’s Quality standards across process, safety, environmental and security policies and procedures.
- Using knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement not only within the Supply Chain, but also across the broader business. In particular provide input into broader process improvement / process re-engineering workshops (e.g. Project Phoenix)
- Actively seek continuous improvements in the supply chain, constantly reviewing past performance, root cause analysis and trends.
- Observing trends in the industry and suggesting, testing and learning new processes with Operational management to improve our overall service to our customers and reduce single point dependencies, cost & risk.
- Become an expert user of CMS for the purposes of data mining, reporting and analysis.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings, share knowledge, be client focused, both with internal and external customers, and always operate to a high level of service excellence.

Change Management (New Client & Device on-boarding):

- Work with the Client Services & Product Support teams to configure CMS for new clients and new part types according to standard process prior to go live.
- Estimate and establish initial MSL’s for all supported part types and escalate any initial supply constraints before commencing services.
- Work with the Client Services & Product Support teams to continually review the part type config within CMS and ensure that the parent to part child configuration is correct and presenting correct fault codes to the field technicians.
