AAA Teatowels is a family run commercial laundry servicing the Greater Melbourne area since 2010. We are a well known, established business with a strong reputation in providing excellent service businesses across Melbourne.
**About the role**
This role is a full-time position Monday to Friday (38 hour week). It will involve invoicing and scheduling, full-function accounts payable and receivable as well as general administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic accounts administrator to join the office team located in Coburg North, Melbourne. The role will specifically suit an individual who can multi-task and thrives in a small team environment. The office-based team are friendly, supportive and inclusive.
An individual that has a strong willingness to learn, take on responsibility and grow within the business will be rewarded.
You must possess excellent communication skills, care, and an ability to pay attention to detail.
You will be required to work independently and without supervision once trained, and to self-manage your workload based on priority and deadlines.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role
- Accounts experience in either Xero or MYOB (essential)
- Advanced user in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and prioritise
- Methodical and accurate Data Entry Skills are a must
- Ability to take ownership and problem solve
- Excellent time management skills
**Key Responsibilities**
- Invoicing, scheduling and preparing run sheets
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Following up overdue invoices/accounts
- Liase with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders for accounts and administration related queries
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
