**Motivated and reliable Administrative Support & Receptionist sought for a dynamic and multicultural psychology clinic.**

At Total Psychological Care we pride ourselves on having developed a strong commitment to a high standard of psychological care, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and community.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Answering phone calls and fielding a variety of queries and requests
- Client coordination and correspondence, following through with reminders, cancellations and rescheduling
- Follow through with client referrals and assessments, upkeep of waiting lists and psychologist capacities
- Scheduling of appointments for all practitioners
- Client, organisation, and professionals data entry and updates
- Liasing with external organisations, including medical professionals, NDIS coordinators, hospitals, lawyers
- Prepare and follow-up on billings to clients, Medicare, health insurance funds, NDIS agencies, WorkSafe and TAC
- Other general administrative duties noted by staff

**The successful applicant will possess the following skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Experience using Halaxy ideal, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work positively and effectively in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- harmoniously in a fast paced environment.
- Communication skills, phone communication skills and sound written and verbal communication skills
- Some knowledge of mental health issues and wellbeing in the workplace
- An understanding of the MBS Items and system, or willingness to learn new processes
- Mental Health First Aid Instructor qualification ideal but not essential
- Fluency in a community language is ideal, but not essential
- A great attitude, warmth and the ability to smile

**Requirements and other relevant information**:
Position is part-time (2 days, 16 hours p/week)

Pay Scale will be based on the Clerks—Private Sector Award2010

Working hours are from 9:00AM-5:30PM.

Flexibility in days is required.

The position is onsite with private parking space available.
