**Description**:
About you

We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated Accounts Receivable & Administration Assistant who shares our passion for delivering flexible, reliable, creative, and empowering client-focused services. The role offers the opportunity to have ongoing professional development, career progression, and a highly supportive, work environment.

Reporting to our Credit Controller this key role requires someone with a caring and engaging personality and excellent communication skills. Daily activities may include responding to customer queries in relation to their account in a timely manner, posting and appropriately allocating customer receipts, following up on any overdue accounts, ensuring incoming telephone calls are professionally answered, greeting visitors and clients and any other ad-hoc duties required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in the role you will possess the following;
- 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume Accounts Receivable role with a proven ability to perform various financial and administrative support.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to support relationships with LSC staff, key external stakeholders, contractors, customers, and suppliers.
- Relevant demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable and Administration.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to high quality customer service principles.
