We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Specialty in Jewelry

Jewelry Production Manager With this diverse skill set, you will be responsible for

overseeing all aspects of jewellery production, from manufacturing to project execution, while leveraging IT solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
Jewelry Manufacturing:

- Oversee the entire jewelry manufacturing process, including casting, stone setting, polishing, finishing, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures to deliver high-quality jewelry products.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.

Project Management:

- Lead and manage jewelry production projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise.

Product Development:

- Work closely with the design team to develop new jewelry product concepts, prototypes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and customer feedback integration to identify product development opportunities.
- Drive innovation and creativity within the product development process, leveraging your deep knowledge of jewelry manufacturing techniques and materials.

IT Systems Integration:

- Evaluate, implement, and manage IT systems and software to enhance jewelry production processes, inventory management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to integrate and customize software solutions, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and computer-aided design
- (CAD) software, to optimize production efficiency.
- Provide training and support to production staff on utilizing IT systems effectively for improved productivity and accuracy.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards throughout the production process.
- Implement quality assurance processes, including inspection protocols, testing procedures, and data analysis, to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize IT tools and systems to monitor real-time quality metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Encourage professional growth and development within the production team, identifying training needs and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Project
- Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Jewelry Production Manager or in a similar role within the jewelry industry, demonstrating expertise in jewelry manufacturing, project management, product development, and IT integration.
- Proficiency in utilizing IT systems and software for jewelry production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, plans, and project updates.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and IT professionals.
- 3 Years experience

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
