**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer of onshore wind turbines.**

As a Sales Manager, your role will be instrumental in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its market share in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and establish long-term business relationships with key clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to promote the company's wind turbines and wind turbine blades.
- Identify and engage potential customers within the Asia Pacific region, including project developers, independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, and other stakeholders in the renewable energy industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities in the wind energy sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and projects, working closely with engineering, operations, and finance departments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company's wind turbine products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress towards sales targets and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and create business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements related to wind turbines and wind turbine blades.

**Qualifications**:

- Existing network and robust relationships with key stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in the renewable energy sector, including project developers, utilities, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated success with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of wind energy and familiarity with onshore wind turbine technologies and components, including wind turbine blades.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
