About the role

Main tasks:
This role will focus on growing an existing customer base through increased spend and new client acquisition.

You will demonstrate the benefits associated with training and consulting services on offer and how these can be tailored to suit each business.


Other tasks:

Manage the training enquiries sales pipeline

Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations

Convert enquiries, leads, and proposals into successful deals.

Find new clients by identifying and nurturing opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and revenue forecasts.

Assess client business requirements and recommend suitable training solutions.

Execute sales strategies to meet demand, sales targets, and revenue goals.

Record all sales leads, queries, and correspondence in the CRM.

Stay informed about market trends and competitors to find opportunities for business growth.

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally targeting SME customers
  • A valid Australian driver's licence & be willing to undertake a police check
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
