**OUR TEAM**
As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are very proud of everything we do in support of both the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms as we all work together towards our purpose.
**YOUR ROLE**:
Come join us as a Supply Chain Administrator and play a key role in providing support in the areas of Purchasing and Inventory Control as required depending on workload of the teams.
Working at our Bendigo site, on Dja Dja Wurrung Land, your day to day responsibilities include:
- For Purchasing - work on Project, Production (Material Requirement Plan), Service and Commercial purchasing, expediting, reporting, order placement and input when required to supplier negotiations & vendor selection. Essentially support the work of the Purchasing team for usual Tactical Buyer activities.
- For Inventory - under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager, support Stocktake/Cycle Counting activities, investigating stock discrepancies as well as other project support as required.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:
- Sound knowledge of Supply Chain business principles and procedures - specifically around Purchasing and Quality.
- Broad Knowledge of MRP II planning systems or any relevant ERP Systems.
- Knowledge of OH&S requirements within the workplace.
- Forklift licence is highly desirable but not required.
