**The opportunity**

We are working with a leading Telecommunications Company, assisting them with the setup of a new Data Enablement Capability team and we are looking for an experienced Senior Learning and Development specialist to join our on site team based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

This is a new area within the organisation and the Data Capability Enablement Learning and Development Lead will be responsible for helping to uplift the organisation’s community by analysing the community needs, developing a learning and development plan and implementing Learning and Development for the community on the new data enablement processes and tools etc. including AI, machine learning and similar.

This is a greenfields opportunity in a new team, with new capability. It will be for 3 months (initially) as the role and the team and responsibilities are better defined so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with some ambiguity and is able to assist in the definition of the role itself.

To qualify you will be able to demonstrate:

- Extensive experience as an L&D Specialist including analysing requirements, defining personas, developing learning and development plans and developing and implementing L&D solutions across a large and complex organisation
- Knowledge and experience in AI, machine learning and other data and analytics processes and tools would be VERY highly regarded.
