Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end of learning experiences; needs analysis, design and development, vendor management, facilitation, engagement of the Subject Matter Expert (SME), program management, implementation and evaluation, along with E-earning management system (LMS) and policy/process management. This role is crucial to developing our clients’ leaders and people’s potential and capability as individuals and collectively to achieve their business strategy. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
- 5+ years internal L&D experience across both formal and informal learning initiatives - preferably with experience within a corporate and/or professional services firm.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills including expertise in engaging, supporting and influencing stakeholders at all levels of a business including senior leaders.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills that translate to both in person and virtual settings.
- An innovative and pragmatic approach that enables outstanding outcomes for participants of learning and overarching business strategy.

You will bring an attitude of collaboration, engagement and professionalism stemming from a similar role and organization. You will need to be comfortable living in the operational detail as a L&D practitioner but also have the agility to work with the senior leadership team and key leaders of influence. This is a high change and fast-moving organization that requires a HR function that is commercial and an enabler.
