**Your new role**
Reporting to the Growth Optimisation Manager, the CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising the customer relationship management (CRM) system specifically for business-to-business (B2B) interactions within the organisation.
You will work closely with Intermediary Member Growth Business Development team, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system is effectively used to manageB2B relationships, track leads, and support the organisation's overall sales and marketing efforts in the B2B space.
You will also be responsible for analysing data, generating reports, and making recommendations for improving CRM processes and strategies to enhance B2B customer engagement and drive business growth.
Other duties include but are not limited to.
- Collaborate with Business Development team to identify CRM requirements and develop strategies for effective use of the system in the B2B context.
- Monitor and analyse data related to B2B interactions to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials specifically tailored for B2B interactions to ensure consistent and efficient use of the CRM system.
- Provide technical support and training to users within Intermediary Business Growth function for B2B interactions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems as the SME.
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate CRM performance and recommendations for improvement.
**What you’ll need**
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, with a specific focus on B2B interactions.
- Other CRM system knowledge, such as Salesforce highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform decision-making in the B2B context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, specifically with sales and marketing teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and delivering B2B CRM-related reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
