Key Requirements for the Role:

- Experience and understanding of NDIS Packages
- Working with Children's Check
- NDIS Clearance
- Flu Vaccination
- Current Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- High computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations

Responsibilities and Role Details:

- Full-time and part-time positions available: Monday to Friday (8.00 am - 4.00 pm)
- Rotational on-call work, including Saturdays and Sundays, with additional allowances provided
- Client assistance and care within Adelaide
- Onboarding clients into the system
- Establishing appropriate supports aligned with medical needs
- Managing client files, including regular notes, interactions, service analysis, and communications with relevant parties
- Advocating for client needs, choices, and rights
- Managing and monitoring client budgets in collaboration with the accounts team
- Compliance with the KC Quality Management System and NDIS standards
- Continuous professional development and participation in educational opportunities
- Liaison with Allied Health professionals and Client Service Managers
- Development and design of care plans based on client needs
- Support and education provision to clients, Home Support Workers, and families
- Subject to internal and external audits of client files
- Other care requirements within our scope, as needed/requested

- Team Leader
- Program Director

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On-call

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Case Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence and car (required)

Work Authorization:

- Australia (preferred)
