**About the Role**:
Due to the growth of our organisation, an opportunity in the Client Engagement team at our Panorama site has become available. This is a full time, permanent opportunity which provides the option to work from home one day a week once the initial training period is completed. The role works closely with both the Client Engagement team and our clients, who are people with disability, in a rewarding and supportive team environment.

Other key responsibilities include:

- forecasting upcoming appointments for your designated caseload
- preparing documents including service agreements, and schedule of supports
- looking retrospectively to gauge how clients are tracking with their goals
- contacting and meeting clients and their support person
- liaising with LACs, the NDIA, and support coordinators
- managing NDIS enquiries and generate quotes

**About You**:
This role works closely with our clients and contributes to the achievement of their goals, which requires a positive individual with a genuine desire to help others. You will need to be experienced in the disability sector with an understanding of the NDIS and NDIA.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

- strong administrative and organisational skills
- the ability to communicate effectively, with empathy and compassion
- the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- a genuine desire to support people with disability to live the life they choose
- excellent time-management skills

For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated:

- a National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- a current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
- evidence of right to work in Australia
- evidence of FULL vaccination (x3) with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, or an acceptable exemption
