**About the role**

Permanent, full-time opportunity to share your experience in implementation and monitoring of the regional delivery operational performance within the Education/Training sector

This includes course level planning, resource utilisation, efficiency and productivity monitoring to ensure the Region's training delivery is effective. In your next role, you will:

- Implement and monitor strategies on operational performance.
- Analyse Skills Teams deliverables and construct responsive action plans.
- Monitor the implementation, delivery and evaluation of educational/training programs e.g. Trainees and Apprenticeships
- Analyse and track KPIs and assess trends to enhance performance.

**About You**

Along with your resilient and courageous approach, and your ability to communicate effectively and problem solve, you will hold:

- Relevant Degree or diploma at AQF level 5-8 or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to support the implementation of complex programs in education/training organisations.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to critically evaluate data and trends.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
