**Description**:
**The role**:
Tradeflex Facility division has an opportunity for an Operations Centre Manager, the role will be required to provide comprehensive asset and facility management service across our national facility portfolio.

The role will be to manage and support the facilities team, you will provide leadership and direction to service providers and the team, and you will be responsible to manage the day-to-day compliance and risk-related activities related to the management and coordination of preventative maintenance and essential services activities for Tradeflex’s clients throughout Australia. An integral part is to build and develop effective stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation, both internally and externally.

The role will also support General Manager - Facilities Management in leading, directing, and managing the business operations to support the service delivery team ensuring consistency in processes and reporting.

key responsibilities, but not limited to

Ensuring Tradeflex is compliant and adheres to the contractual service level agreements.
Development and deliver sourcing strategies consistent with the strategic direction of the business.
Assisting with the development/integration of a new management system.
Undertaking and overseeing the negotiation and execution of supplier and subcontractor agreements.
Ensuring that the Vendor Master Data is maintained and accurate.
Conducting regular internal audits to ensure business processes and policies are compliant and adhered to by all team members.
Manage and produce reports to ensure that vendors are compliant and meeting KPIs and SLAs on a monthly basis.
Active and continued follow-up with clients and service providers to ensure the timely completion of all requests.
Collaborate and support the Facilities Services Team to identify opportunities for improvement regarding business processes and systems.

To be successful, you will have

A minimum of 5 years' experience gained in a similar role involving facility & operation management, experience in procurement of goods and services involving large-scale industrial clients.
Extensive knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, codes, and regulations in relation to the management of OH&S and Essential Services legislation.
Proven experience in the coordination and management of multi-faceted, engineering and trade maintenance contracts.
Experience and knowledge in budgeting, planning, and monitoring of service agreements and associated contractor performance tools.
Demonstrated knowledge utilising software packages, databases, and IT systems to streamline the flow of data and information.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and to share and promote the sharing of knowledge.
Ability to plan, execute and manage complex tasks.
Delivery of projects and makegoods, safely, on time, and within budget expectations.
A focus on continuous improvement.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills to secure the respect and cooperation of your team and senior management.
Demonstrated high-level negotiation skills.
