**_ The Opportunity:_**

An exciting opportunity to work with the Community Grants team; use your excellent communication skills and eye for detail to help support community groups by administering Council's community grants program.

**_ Position Objectives:_**
- To provide high level administrative services to enable the implementation of Hume City Council's Grants Programs
- To support capacity building within the community which leads to successful community programs and initiatives being delivered

**_ Qualifications, skills, and experience:_**
- Certificate in Administration or equivalent or relevant experience in administrative work, or work related to grants administration or community development.
- Experience in working with community groups and organisations.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience
- Local Government experience is desirable.
- Current Drivers Licence
