Our significant experience in service delivery is reflected through 42 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care and comfort for our clients at our Facility located at South Lake.**

**Role Summary**:
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where clients receive the utmost care and attention. You will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including client care, staff management, monitoring budgeting, occupancy and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated and equipped to provide exceptional care to our clients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care, safety and cleanliness throughout the facility
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and clients to develop individualised care plans and address any concerns or needs
- Monitor and evaluate clients satisfaction and quality of care, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance the client experience
- Manage the facility budget, including occupancy, forecasting expenses, controlling costs, and optimising resource allocation to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including NDIS Practice standards

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum two years proven experience in the management of aged care/disability service facility
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
