**About the role**
We currently have an opportunity for a full time Receptionist / Office Administrator. Reporting to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will be providing a range of secretarial and administrative services to support our Perth Office.
The Reception and Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the reception desk and front-of-house office functions run efficiently and effectively in support of the wider GMA Garnet business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you must be exceedingly well-organised, flexible with an agile, “can-do” attitude.
- Providing a highly polished and professional customer service at the reception desk, including welcoming guests and clients (offering hospitality), directing all incoming calls, and managing visitor sign-in.
- Book all domestic travel, including site travel, car hire and accommodation for all GMA Staff.
- Assist with arranging travel visas as required for staff traveling overseas.
- Assist Accounts Payable (i.e., Data Entry into Netsuite).
- Assist Global Shipping Manager with processing of international shipping documents, including Packing Lists, PRAs, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate courier requests (local, domestic and international).
- Maintain office stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Collect and distribute mail and post outgoing mail.
- Collect daily newspapers from newsagent.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including emptying the dishwasher.
- Other duties as directed by the Executive Assistant / Office Manager
- Provide administrative support to CEO and Executive Leadership Team when Executive Assistant/Office Manager is on leave.
**What you will need**
- Highly developed interpersonal skills enabling effective communication at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. Ability to solve critical problems in a timely manner.
- Year 12 completion or experience in a similiar role
