The opportunity
Reporting to the Licence Manager, Casino this role is responsible for leading staff and managing a program of work in relation to:

- monitoring the performance of the casino operator and compliance with its obligations to the VGCCC and the State of Victoria pursuant to legislation, the casino licence and related contractual documents
- ongoing monitoring of casino special employees and casino associates.

**Who we are looking for**:
**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- qualifications in commerce, financial accounting and/or law
- experience in assessing financial and commercial performance and corporate governance of a regulated entity
- experience in interpreting legislation and contractual obligations
- demonstrated ability to analyse regulatory issues, and write authoritative briefs that include sound and timely strategic recommendations
- ability to lead and motivate staff.
