The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) has recently been re-established with a sole focus on gambling related licensing and compliance. This is an exciting time for us as we look to strengthen our industry collaboration and regulatory posture.

The VGCCC is an independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling industry. The organisation licenses, informs and educates, monitors, and enforces the gambling industry through a risk-based approach to regulation. **The opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, Intelligence the role is primarily responsible for carrying out audits, investigations, and enforcement functions. This role is responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of an intelligence framework within the Regulatory Services Division. It also the collects and collates relevant information to produce strategic intelligence reports and proactively documenting and maintaining the systems to improve processes in the activities of compliance with respect to the gambling industries.

- Demonstrate experience and understanding of research and analysis techniques, information and intelligence management processes and needs in intelligence analysis.
- A proven ability to successfully research, analyse issues, and provide quality recommendations and options.
- Demonstrate ability to review information and identify emerging trends, patterns and issues and provide high quality advice and recommendations relating to complex issues.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively and promote a positive workplace culture.
