**The Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Melbourne Water’s journey to creating a new SCADA environment.

This will be achieved through:

- Defining and developing OT services and supporting process to support Melbourne Water Business Units, including SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s.
- Financial management of the OT Applications services including reporting, license and contract management.
- Effective performance planning, tracking and review of team members in conjunction with Team Leader and other OT Leaders.
- Leading a team in the development, implementation and management of OT environment Cyber Security Framework Plans, Policies, Standards and guidelines for OT Assets.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Possess strong communication skills, and an ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple, straightforward manner that business people can readily understand
- Extensive information technology problem solving experience
- Experience in designing procedures and processes to improve business outcomes
- Experience in IT/OT project management and exposure to IT/OT Cyber Security
- Strong Experience in management of OT Applications (e.g. SCADA) Application/Solution Vendors
- Experience with corporate IT systems (e.g., MS Office, Maximo, MapInfo, etc.)
