**Key Responsibilities**:
The day to day role of the Customer Applications Lead is a technical lead role and will include overall accountability for:

- Provide governance oversight, standards and technology roadmap for enterprise CRM, B2C and marketing services.
- Provide input on developing and refining architectural standards in partnership with the Enterprise Architecture
- Support Project teams on all technical change requests, risks & issues, schedule detail and any governance support, and sign-off of all technical deliverables. Govern transition to support activities on behalf of the Operational team.
- Assists the Group Head of Applications to manage key service providers to contracted service levels.
- Establishes a one-team culture across key Service Providers, internal staff, and captive resources.
- Ensure appropriate support coverage exists for services deployed throughout the Asahi Beverages landscape.
- Ensure all work is carried out in a secure manner complicit with Asahi Policy and Standards and systems remain compliant
- Ongoing improvement initiative in place, with continuous improvements recommended and implemented, improving end-user experience and operational stability.
- Monitor and track growth in core technical resource utilisation and ensure that capacity planning is undertaken proactively to match business growth and change.
- Identification of opportunities to leverage available technologies to the benefit of Asahi Beverages.

**About you**:
You are an expert across the Salesforce, CRM & Marketing Cloud platforms. With a clear drive to enable the Business and upskills others around you.

You will have extensive support and solution experience across these platforms and be adept at translating Business requirements into fit for purpose system improvements.

Additionally:

- A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in customer management platforms support and improvement activities
- 3+ years in a Technical Lead or similar capacity
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce CRM SME on large enterprise environments.
- Expertise across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms.
