**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Lead to join our Technology team in this full time permanent position. Reporting to the West Coast Solution Delivery Manager and managing a team of three, this role combines people leadership and system administration.

**Duties**:

- Raising problem tickets and managing those tickets to closure ensuring root cause and been identified and remediated. Reduce the re-occurrence of Incidents.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Supporting the development, test and release processes.

**Skills and experience**:

- General level of functional/technical expertise.
- Detailed operational understanding of information technology processes and procedures.
- Broad knowledge of computer networks and Windows operating system.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Application Support specialist who is looking to lead a small team in a supportive, welcoming and professional environment. You will be a key member of the West Coast Solution Delivery team.
