Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a company leader in the Sales Team? If you have knowledge in heavy machinery and motors, in any capacity, trades, customer service, sales, support, then this role could be for you.

The responsibilities are:

- Taking orders and technical product and sales inquiries.
- Following up on quotes
- Liaising with the modifications workshop to ensure customer’s requirements are being met.
- Preparation of local purchase orders required to meet a customers needs.
- Answering all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Educating the customer on the businesses product range.
- Offering a variety of product related solutions to clients.
- Data entry of customer registrations.
- Utilising inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals.
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Identifying potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smithfield NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
