Your New Company:

Our client is a market leader in the production and distribution of industrial and electronic solutions and are renowned by top clients for their high quality products and fast turnaround times. Due to an exciting period of rapid growth, our client is looking for 4 x Customer Service Representatives with hands-on technical experience to join their high-performing Customer Service team based in Smithfield.

Your New Role:
Reporting to a supportive and knowledgeable Customer Care Manager, your role will have variety and a typical day will involve:

  • Support customers with product enquiries
  • Answer customer and supplier enquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Providing customers with updates and changes to their orders
  • Liaise with customers and the sales team to prepare and process sales quotes
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of costs and prices
  • Supporting the sales team by providing them with potential sales opportunities
  • Escalating customer complaints as required

      About You:

      • Qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering is highly desirable
        • Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Order Processing
        • A strong understanding of SAP or a similar ERP
        • Ability to work is a fast paced, busy environment
        • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
