This role will be based at Milperra in South-West Sydney.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Own the Process: Facilitate the entire recruitment journey—from brief to placement.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop pipelines for critical roles to ensure future readiness.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams on projects that add value and maximise sourcing effectiveness.
- Coach & Empower: Guide hiring managers to elevate recruitment capabilities across the organisation.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A proven track record of success in contemporary recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in managing end-to-end processes in a medium to large, multi-site organisation.
- Expertise in leveraging labour market insights and data.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- A great sense of humour and the ability to bring positive energy to a collaborative team environment
