As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Rest. Working alongside two other Talent Acquisition Partners and the Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will support the Rest business in recruitment and talent related activities.
- This is an interesting role working as a true business partner and will work on a range of business improvement projects as well as managing a recruitment portfolio.**Key responsibilities include**:
- Manage a portfolio of recruitment needs and work collaboratively with leaders in their fulfillment
- Ensure that Rest’s recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels.
- Participate in negotiation of agreements with external recruitment providers.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and resourcing programs.
- Coach managers on recruitment approach, selection methods, talent management, outsourcing, etc.
- Coach and develop employees on career development strategies, actively promoting internal career advancement opportunities.
- Identifies opportunities to leverage capability and develop internal talent
**About You**:
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contemporary approaches to behavioural interviewing, situational interviewing and other assessment techniques
- Proven ability to develop recruitment campaigns using a variety of assessment techniques to source high potential talent and future leaders
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn recruiter, Seek Talent Search and ATS’s
- Previous experience coaching manager on interview techniques and recruitment strategy
- Previous experience coaching internal applicants on interview techniques
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver recruitment projects
- Experience developing recruitment campaigns across multiple job families and levels of seniority
- Experience in recruiting roles within with Investments, IT, Digital Marketing, Superannuation or Financial Services would be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant experience
