- **Location: New castle, office-based**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Using your intermediate computer skills to navigate through various systems and databases.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre, administrative, or retail environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- Experience working in an office environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt to professional settings.
- Intermediate computer skills, including typing, using a mouse, and navigating through multiple monitors.
