Exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join the team of a growing Energy Business
**Your new company**
Hays Office Support are currently working with a well-known Hobart business who due to their innovative nature, passion for providing outstanding customer service and tailored solutions for their clients are experiencing growth within the team. Due to this have the need for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis to manage the team and administration duties, as well as an upcoming office relocation.
**Your new role**
As the Office Manager your core duties will be providing support to the Director, however working within a small team you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as;
- Manage, support and develop the frontline administration staff
- Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll and Bank reconciliations
- Onboard new employees
- Updating/formatting internal documents, policies and procedures
- Workflow scheduling for installations
- Ensure the business complies with relevant government legislation and WHS regulations
- Other adhoc administration work as required
